Delicious vegan options! - Edit
This place is great. I’ve had the vegan curry, vegan egg rolls and vegan stir fry with tofu and everything has been high quality and flavorful. They clearly mark all vegan options and use a special vegan sauce. They also have almond milk which I got in my matcha latte. I was told they have vegan desserts sometimes too, it depends on the day.

Best Vegan Pho - Edit
I’ve had their vegan pho several times, the broth is so delicious. This time I got the curry with tofu, the sauce was outstanding. If I lived closer I would be a regular customer.

Owners are wonderful—very friendly and informative. It’s apparent that they take pride in their restaurant through there decor (some of which they made themselves) but mostly in their food and service. Thoughtfully sourced ingredients of the highest grade and good vegan options. Their vegan spring rolls and Pho are really tasty and fresh their salads are exceptional as well. They deserve five stars

The BEST vegan pho - Edit
The atmosphere is beautiful and like a French cafe. The owner explained the items on the menu with a leaf are vegan and a lot can be made vegan. You can order vegan pho, spring rolls, bahn mi sandwich, curry, and even vegan egg rolls. The owners are very aware of what is vegan and have vegan fish sauce to dip with spring rolls. The owner loved talking about how the food is cooked homestyle and all from scratch. Vegan foods are cooked separately with different utensils which is amazing. The owner even gave us a vegan curry sample for free and it was beyond amazing. The food, owners, and atmosphere are outstanding and I’m glad to have found this place. Will be going back to try more.
