Disappointing

In the city of Rouen where there is not a single Vegan restaurant, one could be happy to find a Vietnamese restaurant that has options. Unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The food is bland, far from the Vietnamese cuisine I know. Everything lacked taste and the portions are not generous.
