Great resource! - Edit
MOM’s Organic Market has everything a vegan or vegetarian could ever want. Tons of vegetables and fruits (mostly organic options), fake veg meats, fair trade coffee, non animal tested toiletries, bulk items, etc., etc. They’re def a little pricey, but the quality can’t be beat. The staff are just lovely. #Veganuary

Awesome Place for Vegans - Edit
I absolutely love MOM’s! They make sticking to a vegan lifestyle very easy and enjoyable. Some think it’s pricey but I think you get what you pay for. MOM’s has some flavors and brands that you just won’t find in your local grocery store. I highly recommend shopping here if you are vegetarian but definitely if you’re vegan, you won’t regret! Take it from one happy very health conscious vegan, MOM’s Organic Market rocks!

I get my groceries here every week. I love how many great vegan items they have. They have many fresh vegan items up front that are super convienient to grab on the go such as vegan sandwiches, wraps, and even noodles. They have all kinds of tasty vegan desserts like vegan fudge brownies, fresh vegan cupcakes, vegan cake, and cookies. They also have an amazing variety of both fresh and frozen vegan proteins. I especially love the hempfu (hemp based tofu) they sell in the tofu section. Great place for waste free shopping as well. Every reusable bag you bring gets you 10 cents off your order. You can bring your own containers, get them weighed up front, and fill them with beans, spices, fresh veggies, grains, teas, spices, and more. Excellent place for bulk shopping to avoid waste.

Fair but Overpriced - Edit
When MoM's first came to Waldorf, they had wonderful prices but over time the prices have slowly crept up to be more like overpriced Whole Foods. I do still come here for some items, but many local grocers now carry organic and veg options at much lower prices. They only care the bare minimum of fresh produce, so I often have to go to Whole Foods anyway when looking for a larger selection of produce.

When there's not much around in your area, go to MOM's for your vegan to-go. Head to the chilled section to pick up salads, sandwiches, dairy-free yogurt, and then to the cookie aisle for a treat or bakery aisle for Sweet & Natural cakes.

This is one of the best MOM's I have been too. The staff is very friendly and helpful/knowledgeable. I work at night,so they always let me in early to enjoy my shopping. A bit pricey, but sometimes well worth it for organic/raw/vegan as I'm.
