Delicious ramen, great toppings

The noodles were spinach noodles, the place serves meat but the one vegan option (vegan miso) is very clearly labeled. They also offer edamame and avocado rolls.

Pros: Great topping combination, Springy noodles with good texture, Large portion sizes

Veggies Make the Ramen

Momota Ramen House is a chill ramen shop with blasting AC in the summer, friendly masked staff, and lots of ramen and rice bowl options. They offer a combination deal where you can have sushi included with your bowl of ramen, but my priority was that big bowl of noodles.

I ordered their Vegan Miso Ramen ($12) which uses miso broth and topped with sprouts, broccoli, corn, earwood mushrooms, and tofu. I wasn't aware when ordering but it comes with what appears to be spinach or kale ramen, which has been the trend I've seen with veggie ramens. I was happy to see this!

I thought the ramen here was good but I've had better. There are other ramen shops that do their vegan ramen better but I can appreciate the fresh ingredients that they topped here at Momota. Miso broth was at a good salt level with food flavor thanks to the veggies.

Pros: Vegan ramen option

Cons: Limited parking
