With nearly an exclusive vegan menu and pre made display case of treats, it’s hard to choose only 1 thing. The coffee is also quite nice with a range of plant milks to select.

Read moreFood is yum! We got the Scramble on Sourdough GF, and the Momo's and were not disappointed. Totally delivered. The nutty GF was crispy and the tofu scramble was creamy and too die for.
We also got the Blue Luna & Choc Mint smoothie's and had a rocking good time.
All over couldn't fault a thing. We whiled away a relaxing afternoon here in super pleasant atmosphere and would come again whenever we're in town next.

Great space for a start feels very cozy and immediate good vibes . Then the food is great with a few great vegan options and plenty of sweet treats to purchase if that’s what floats your boat . The coffee is stellar never had a bad cup to date . They also do a great juice of the day and each time we have tried them we’ve been stoked .

Momo offers a great menu filled with a variety of interesting offerings. My carrot cake and iced chocolate were absolutely delicious. The staff are so friendly and the cafe space is bright and inviting.

There were five of us and every person was very happy with their meals. I went for the Indian breakfast. The scrambled tofu was the best ever. Potatoes were really good but not sensational. I also had the Momo lassi which was incredible.

Beautiful space with super high ceilings and windows. Friendly, happy service. AMAZING and varied range of foods and drinks with virtually everything vegan including all the dessert treats I could see on display. We had the banh xeo Vietnamese crepe and one of the specials, a crispy asparagus pancake, and both were incredibly delicious. We also had a couple of vegan cookies to go, a choc chip and an Anzac, and they were so more-ish. I can't wait to go back.

I love stopping by here knowing that I can get a healthy tasty vegan treat every time! Either sweet or savoury snacks and hot or cold drinks, they are always a little bit different, healthy and handmade. I always go in for takeaway but usually stay if there is a spare seat. Havn’t been for a sit down meal but would love to one day.

The fact that my partner and I don’t even live in Newcastle and have tried most things on the menu speaks to the high quality of food, service and general atmosphere of Momo’s. Every meal has been incredible and every person we’ve brought here has loved it. We love their Indian breakfast, and loved the dosas (no longer on the menu) as well as the Banh Xeo. Always great!

We regularly come here for breakfast as it always has interesting options for vegans, and they are very keen on indian spiced dishes. The Indian tofu scramble is delicious. Coffee always good, with homemade almond milk.

I’ve been here twice, and had great experiences both times. The staff are so lovely, and the food is fresh, creative and delicious! The ambiance of the cafe is really nice too, with lots of natural light and plants.
