Impressive vegan options - Edit
We tried the wonderland roll and veggie sampler (both very good). The veggie roll that came in the sampler was my favorite. It had pickled veggies with a little bit of avocado. So good! We also tried the natto roll just to see what it was like (Not bad, but didn’t wow us) and also the rising sun roll because we wanted some spice. It was not spicy and wasn’t bad, but I didn’t love the pumpkin purée ( too sweet) that came with it but the roll itself was pretty good. Overall great experience.

A sushi place. Cmon guys, name one sushi place in North America that doesn't have a couple vegan options! Yes it's a high quality sushi place, but no, it's got nothing to do with the purpose of Happy Cow. De-list!

many vegan options! - Edit
There are many vegan rolls to choose from as well as appetizers. I used to live in Japan so I’m a real big snot when it comes to American tofu (it’s just not the same!!!), but the goma tofu app had a novel texture that I actually liked. Their veggie role is superb, however, & only $5.50 4-7p every day! You just can’t find that price in Seattle, especially at a hip place like this. Service was perfect.

Great vegan rolls! - Edit
The server was very helpful when I told her I’m vegan. They can make vegetarian items vegan, but most items on vegetarian menu are already vegan (I didn’t have to special order anything). Try the wonderland roll! So good.
