Sweet treat! - Edit
We were pleasantly surprised that this cupcake shop (and winner of Food Network's Cupcake Wars) had a couple vegan options labeled on their menu. Then even more pleasantly surprised that they had vegan specials too! For create-your-own, you can mix & match vegan chocolate & vanilla cake with chocolate or vanilla frosting. Toppings included Oreo crumbles and sprinkles (not sure if other toppings are vegan). Sprinkles are free and you can top it yourself from a sprinkle bar with dozens of color options! We opted for the specials: the Valentine's-inspired raspberry-filled chocolate and strawberry champagne! What a treat. And for my fellow eco-friendly vegans, the flatware, cups & plates are all re-usable!
