Nice pizza on the lake - Edit
They didn’t really have vegetarian pizzas but it was easy to make your own. Great location in a nice spot would recommend.

You can eat here 😉 - Edit
There are specifically vegan options on the menu, it is nice that you can just get those and not have to deal with communicating to servers that you don't want cheese if you don't speak the language(s). I got the chickpea/pumpkin seed pizza, it was nice. Everyone else I was with was also happy with their food. The waiter was rude to my friend for ordering carbonara with spaghetti, he was giving her dirty looks until she changed it to tagliatelle, even though the menu clearly encourages people to mix pasta shapes, sauces, and add-ons 🙄

Pros: Location near the lake, Nice seating outside
Cons: It wasn't clear to me whether the pasta is vegan, Apparently getting water costs 3 franks

FRESH AF - Edit
It was delicious - truly something special. We had the vegan pizza option and make your own pizza option (picked focaccia). Super quick service - despite it being extremely busy. Can see the pizzas being made in front of you.

3.5 stars. Interesting nut based pi - Edit
They're now offering pizza "Semi and Ceci" as well as custom pizza, custom focaccia, bruschetta (tomato chunks on bread), mixed salad, oven vegetables and (likely vegan) lemon sorbet. No more vegan pasta sauces but I was told you could get pasta aglio olio off menu. I really liked their nut pizza, which absolutey didn't need cheeze, but the vegetables and bruschetta were only about average.

Clearly marked vegan items - Edit
A few clearly marked vegan options on the menu. The focaccia pizza was the best thing we had. Very good!

Tasty pizzas - Edit
There are a few vegan options on the menu. We went for a build your own pizza and picked all of the vegan toppings. No vegan cheese but it still tastes great without any cheese. Quick, friendly service.

Lovely location & fresh food - Edit
Visited a couple of years ago for lunch on a beautiful winters day. Was excellent to have some good vegan options in a small Swiss town.

Okay, nice venue, expensive - Edit
You can make your pizzas vegan - the staff seem to understand (hope mine was actually vegan!). Tasted quite good. You pay premium here though…

Bien - Edit
C'est un très beau restaurant et le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant! Les pâtes all'arabiata étaient savoureuses.

Beautiful Lakeside Location - Edit
Large modern restaurant. We ate here twice during our week in Montreux, on one occasion I had the spaghetti alla napoletana and on the other the pizza marinara. They were both very nice especially the spaghetti. The service was very quick both times and all the staff we encountered spoke good English. They do serve veal but there are animal welfare laws in Switzerland which mean that it's not as cruel as in some other countries.
