Good option for vegans

I’m not sure what the previous post is all about. Obviously doesn’t travel through airports on a regular basis, as vegans are lucky to find descent airport food. That said, I thought the tofu (which is firm and blackened) was great! I would recommend location. Looking around, it might be only option for vegans. No complaint regarding food.

The team was efficient and friendly, although heavier set female manager was “discussing” personnel/business issues in front of guests. Not cool. There’s a back hall out of site for that type “management.”

Bummed that containers are not recyclable. Maybe because it isn’t necessarily promoted by Southwest (didn’t see any recyclable trash cans in eating area). Who knows???

Pros: Tofu- firm and blackened, Build your own

Cons: Manager discussing personnel issues in public, Container not disposable , Only real option in airport

Gross tofu

Rancid overpriced tofu. Would have been better off with a bag of nuts and a bottle of water

Good to have an option

Given that it's Dallas airport, this is a good option to have. Rice and beans are vegan and they have tofu. My burrito was fine, but not particularly good. The tofu was a bit bland. No vegan cheese or sour cream, as you'd expect. Prices are airport prices.

Tofu tacos

So happy to have this lunch option during a layover. The tofu is a little thick but I enjoyed the lite meal.

Pros: Tofu, Sautéed onions , Tortillas

Build your own

You can build your own bowls, tacos, burritos, etc. Everything was flavorful and it was a great oasis in the airport.
