One good option, it’s ok - Edit
The only option is a vegan “burrito” which is not actually a burrito but a hot vegetable wrap with a ton of quinoa. I wouldn’t get it again unless I hadn’t had enough vegetables that day.

Great breakfast option - Edit
There’s limited options for vegan breakfast, but it includes a vegan burrito, vegan donuts, and ways to veganify options. The coffee was delicious, but there was an alternative milk surcharge of course. We ordered the churro donut which was amazing. Highly recommend.

Amazing breakfast burrito - Edit
Great vibe and killer vegan breakfast burrito as well as vegan hot chocolate. Wish they had more options but we vegans will take what we can get on vacation!

Solid Spot - Edit
Had the Vegan Garage Breakfast Burrito and it was pretty good. It’s just their regular burrito replacing egg with quinoa–it’d be even better if they had a tofu scramble option instead.
Read moreThe service and coffee were great though there is a vegan milk tax unfortunately.
Pros: Vegan breakfast options, Very friendly service, Excellent coffee
Cons: Vegan tax, Few vegan options

The food and coffee are great. However, I will say that the kind staff is what makes this establishment fantastic.

Decent breakfast burrito, would love to see more options - Edit
I really like the environment of this place but I was dying for a good vegan pastry and there weren’t any options. The breakfast burrito was hearty and pretty good overall.

Friendly service & chill back room - Edit
On a busy Sunday, I enjoyed the vegan garage burrito in a quiet back room that I never shared with more than one other table. Friendly staff, tasty meal….didn’t love the coffee. Several outdoor tables out front as well if you are dining with your pup. These tables seem to be in shade for most of their open hours. Couldn’t bring my dogs along because you have to go inside to order and pay.

Good post-hike breakfast/lunch spot - Edit
Solid spot with a great, hip atmosphere and multiple clearly labeled vegan options. We came after a morning hike and found it to be a great post-hike meal. I ordered the veggieball sandwich (no cheese) with chips. I personally like my vegan cheeses and it would have been nice to have some on my sandwich, but that's just a nice-to-have; it was tasty regardless. The side of chips was a bit small.
Read moreMy partner got the quinoa bowl and liked it a lot, but her dish was not fully vegan so I can't attest to the veganized version.
They also had vegan (and gluten free) treats! I had a peanut butter bar and it was delicious. My partner enjoyed her coconut macaroon.

Delicious burrito - Edit
I visited on my recent trip and ordered vegan burrito. It was delicious with some veggies and red quinoa. Would definitely have it again. Saw few other vegan options and would like to try them again.
Read moreWhat was a bummer is that they closed kitchen at 3pm on Sunday so I was only able to take my food to go
Edit. Went back there for breakfast and tried breakfast quinoa bowl veganized. It was not as good as the burrito. Edible but would not have it again.

poppin breakfast spot - Edit
Some vegan baked goods (choco chip cookie was good) and clearly labeled vegan food options. Garage burrito with quinoa, tater tots, and added avo was freshly made and good! Oat milk latte was great. Chill vibes with lots of folks in and out for breakfast.

Best veggie burrito ever! - Edit
Stopped in around 10:00 for an early lunch after our morning hike. Grateful they were serving most of their food menu (veggieball sandwich starts at 11:00). Ordered the Garage Burrito vegan style avocado. They provided a side of hot sauce. Best burrito ever! Serving size was large; hit the spot. Also had many dairy-alternative options for coffee/latte.

Solid breakfast spot - Edit
Stopped in for lunch and got the meatball sandwich. All the menu items are clearly marked as to what items can be made vegan. I also got breakfast here twice- the breakfast burrito with avocado added and the quinoa bowl. I only took a pic of the meatball sandwich though. Oh and they make kombucha in house with three flavor options.

Really Good! - Edit
All the vegan or vegetarian or gluten free menu items are clearly marked. They have a veggie sandwich that looks awesome and a veggie “meatball” sandwich, a breakfast burrito, a few salads—probably 5 or 6 vegan possibilities on the menu. They do NOT have vegan ice cream anymore, as of 2019, they said.

Great staff, coffee, and food! - Edit
The staff are so accommodating and can make things vegan if you ask for it. The quinoa bowl is amazing (switch the meat option for avocado). I asked for a side of fruit and tater tots to replace the non-vegan items in the quinoa bowl and was able to get them, along with an avocado-based sauce. It was extremely good. The coffee is great too!

After a long day of hiking we stopped in here. There are several menu items that are well marked. Got the veggie tacos minus the cheese. The were AMAZING! If ever back in Moab this place is on the list.
