The broth is definitely vegetable - Edit
At this particular MK, you can trust the vegetable broth as being vegetable with no animal flavor. They assured me of this five times before they brought the food. Sure enough it is vegetable. I can tell. They Brought me my vegetable bowl with a side of tofu which I added in the bowl. Upon Request, they also brought me spice and garlic. There are other restaurants in this chain where the food comes out on a conveyor belt can you grab what you like inside the sunken pot built into the table. this restaurant is not like that so very tasty as they understood all of my requirements

You can get a "set” such as a "mushroom set" or pick out individual items you want.
