Staff were very clear and helpful on what was vegan or veganizable on the menu.
Read moreTried the AAC rolls which were excellent, vegetable fried rice with no egg (huge portion), and vegetable tempura. All were decent quality.
Unlike another reviewer we were told the udon soup wasn't vegan.
The restaurant has entertaining chefs who are expert handlers of their tools on the teppanyaki grills.

Knowledgeable staff and good food! - Edit
A solid option if you’re looking for something big and filling, or something light. I got there and asked about vegan options and the lady who helped me was extremely knowledgeable: She told me what was already vegan and what could be easily veganized (by removing eggs, for example). I ordered the udon noddle vegetable soup, which was flavorful but light. One serving (comes in a large tub) split into two would make an awesome starter with plenty for each person. Also ordered the AAC roll with avocado,asparagus and cucumber. Super good! I’ll be going back, because this is probably the place with the most vegan options in St. Cloud.

We all sat down and I told our waiter that I’m vegan and he was able to help me pick out my food. I got the veggie hibachi and was able to get the fried rice without egg. He also said that there will be no butter added to any of the food as well. When we got our soup he let me know that my soup didn’t have any chicken broth in it. He also told me that the salad dressing was vegan as well. Once I got my food, the food was amazing! Definitely will be back!
