Lots of vegan options!

Both sweet and savory waffles can be made vegan depending on toppings. Obviously some toppings would have to be left off but they also have good swaps (ex: a vegan dark chocolate for sweet waffles that can be used instead of a non-vegan milk chocolate). Everything is made in-house. There’s more variety for sweet waffles since most of the savory ones are meat, egg, or cheese-focused but there is a veggie waffle and a few, like the Mexican waffle, that would just require leaving off one topping (the guacamole is vegan). The staff is super knowledgeable and can help you navigate what can and cannot be veganized. Their juices and smoothies are also very good.

It’s a coworking space that also has events. They are happy to let you linger and play games or read. It has a good vibe and an excellent staff.

Ce n’est pas intuitif, mais ils offrent une pâte à gaufre végane sur demande! J’ai adoré ma gaufre.
