Surprised

For a place that specializes in egg tarts, plenty of Omni variants of them, and just one vegan variation, I expected a boring sugar filling in a butter- and taste-free dough base. What you get, however, is a creamy, rich, eggy piece of comfort food, warming your soul. A product designed to be good, not just so that vegans can also leave money.
The only thing stopping me from ordering a whole box after finishing the Nata was the fact that my arteries didn’t deserve more sugar-oil abuse 🥲
