Tasty Tamales! - Edit
I was on a weekend trip to the tri-cities in June and ate here twice because it was so good! Both times, I got 2 vegan tamales with a side of beans. The tamales were some of the best ones I’ve had! Both times, they were just about out of the vegan tamales, but had couple left. I do wish they that their rice was vegan, but each time the portions were big enough that I wouldn’t have had room to eat the rice even if it had been vegan. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I came across this place on Happy Cow, but it had no reviews, so I did some research via Yelp and then I knew I had to seek it out. I love vegan tamales and don't have any located near me. So checking it out while traveling seemed like a bonus. This place is super cute inside, I absolutely love the art work displayed and am kicking myself for not buying some to take home. Thankfully it gives me a good excuse to stop back in the next time I am in the area. The person behind the counter was very helpful and helped me determine what sides were vegan friendly. The green and red salsas were also very flavorful. There's even some out front seating and this is located in a cute strip mall type area with parking right out front.
