food was bland - Edit
There was a vegetarian section in the menu. Enough of a variety for a non-veg restaurant. The server could not determine if the vegetarian spring rolls were vegan because they are not made on site. That gave me pause and was, perhaps, an indication of the quality of food. Ordered the Buddhist Delight which was essentially tofu and mixed vegetable stir fry. It was edible but very bland.

Delicious vegan options - Edit
My husband and I have known this place for many years. They have great vegan options. If you just ask for vegan choices they'll prepare customized food for you. In their menu, our favorite is the "seitan cress salad" is soooo good (water cress, HOMEMADE seitan (for real), carrot and onion (we ask without) with a lemony dressing that is the BEST. Their rice noodle soups are also delicious and they can prepare them with tofu.
