Several tasty & filling vegan options, good prices - Edit
I appreciated that there were several vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. I had the vegan chicken with Szechuan ginger sauce, and they were able to replace the rice with vermicelli noodles at no extra charge. The portion size was very generous and filling, and the texture of the vegan chicken was great, but the sauce was a bit too sweet.
You get quite a good bang for your buck given the reasonable prices and huge portion sizes. Staff are friendly and attentive. The vibe is thematic, with Vietnam-inspired elements. They're open late.
The dishes we had (two mains and one shareable) were all a generous size, and we were really pleased with the taste and overall quality. It was the first time either of us had seitan ‘lamb’ (in a curry) —it was very flavourful and wonderfully soft, and the curry itself rich. We also had a Szechuan ginger stirfry and green onion cake. I’d gladly try some of their other vegan options.
I tried the vegan pho and it was only okay. It had veggies, seitan, tofu ribbons and enoki mushrooms. All of the elements were fine, but the broth needed a little more oomph to tie it all together. There were other vegan options available though.
