Love the vermicelli bowl! - Edit
I’ve gotten the tofu vermicelli bowl a couple of times here. It’s fresh, delicious and good portion.

When I was in Bellevue I went to Araya’s Place. There’s one in Seattle also which I haven’t been to. I loved this vegan restaurant so much I ate there every day.

Great new restaurant! - Edit
We were so happy to try Miss Pho! They are a great new restaurant in the QFC complex. They have several vegan options including 2 appetizers, a pho option, and a vermicelli option. These were all clearly labeled on their menu and the owner/managers we interacted with were very knowledgeable and friendly. The food we tried was so good! One of my new favorite places for tofu. The inside was super cute too! We are looking forward to returning again soon!
