the black hawaii flavour is a MUST. i mean must… unless you’re allergic to coconut. tastes just like a chocolate brownie mixed with coconut despite not being a chocolate flavour. so so tasty and good potion size too (we had a cone). it was 6€ each which was a little unexpected as the price list was not clear when we came in, but honestly worth it. flavours not clearly marked vegan so ask- plenty of choice.

Read moreThey offer a lot of fruit flavours, but „Fior di Latte“, „Chocolate“, „Nocciola“ and „Black Hawaii“ (Coconut Next Level! Try it!), too.
They do have light ice cream, too!
The most waffle cones with chocolate and sprinkles are vegan, too! (Except the one with Pistacchio)

Alles an dem Laden hat mich überrascht. Es war Mega hektisch irgendwie, hab mich garnicht zurecht gefunden. Wir haben dann Haselnuss und dark chocolate probiert. Gott sei Dank habe ich nur einen Becher bestellt. Man bestellt einen Becher (klein, mittel, groß) und der wird einfach voll gemacht. Der kleine kostet 8€ und hat uns zu zweit gereicht. Eis war aber richtig lecker

Had a fabulous ice cream here. The friendly shop lady, who was Italian but spoke good English explained at all the fruit gelato (except banana, coconut and blueberry which had milk in) was vegan/ dairy free. We had the Black Hawaiian and strawberry in the smallest tub ( which was medium sized)! It cost 6 euros but as we shared it with two spoons, my husband and I thought it wasn’t a bad price. There was loads of ice cream and it was sooooo good. Highly recommended.

Es gibt viele vegane Sorten und auch vegane Waffeln. Das Eis ist zwar recht teuer, aber dafür sind die Portionen sehr groß. Da die Eistheke sehr lang ist, am besten mehrere der Verkäufer*innen nach veganen Sorten fragen. Ich hatte den Eindruck, jeder kennt sich nur in "seiner" Ecke def Theke aus:D Unglaublich lecker ist die Sorte Black Hawaii (nicht explizit als vegan gekennzeichnet). Ein Muss bei einem Besuch in Sirmione!

Big portions but also really pricy - Edit
We had dark chocolat and mango/strawberry. The portion was so unexpectedly big it was really hard for me to finish. The waffels were also vegan and had a great variety of finishes. In the end we paid 16€ for 4 balls of ice cream – we were so exited about vegan options we kind of missed the price list. But for such a touristic area it seemed quite normal.

Currently 5 vegan options, besides sorbet (see picture). They have vegan cones, which you need to ask for specifically.
Read more- Unfortunately the pistachio and the peanut butter gelato mentioned in previous reviews aren't vegan, I was told.
The prices are definitely quite high (6€ for two flavours in a cone), but the portions are enormous.
I got the Black Hawaii and the hazelnut gelato - first of which was really delicious, definitely recommend that one! The hazelnut was a bit bland in taste, but still good.
Service was fast and they spoke English pretty well.

There are two vegan options besides all the fruit flavors which is chocolate and peanut butter. Even the waffle is vegan as the employee showed me the packaging.

I asked one of the saleswomens if they had vegan ice, and she was very kind a showed me their vegan options. There were 5 or 6 vegan options - i ordered frutti di bosco and it was soooo good!! I also talked a little with the saleswoman, she was also vegan, so that was kinda funny. I would definetly recommend this

The ice cream portions are really big but there are not a lot of vegan options apart from the basic fruit and dark chocolate. I got dark chocolate and raspberry, the first one was good but the second not so much. It's a little bit pricy but, considering the size of the ice cream, it's not too much.

Easy to find shop with 'vegan' and 'soy' labelled on the front. 6 vegan flavours of ice cream, the staff were very helpful pointing them out in English. There are also lots of fruit lolly options. I tried both and was really pleased!

Considering there aren’t many other things to eat around here, I was happy to find this ice cream place. The woman who helped me spoke perfect English but when I asked for vegan flavors, she only showed me the six extra options. It would’ve been nice to see them all. Lesson learned on self advocacy. With that in mind, the vanilla was delicious and so was the red fruit one.
