Some vegan options, nice people - Edit
They have vegan chillaquiles and vegan street tacos, vegan and gluten-free donuts and good lattes with oat and almond milk. Very nice people, family owned.

Not many vegan options, but what they do have is good - Edit
Mainly a bakery and breakfast/lunch eatery. Four vegan options: Fajitas Vegan Burrito, Vegan Chilaquiles, Vegan Tacos and Aguacates Rancheros. The Vegan Chilaquiles was good. It comes served in a bowl and contains chips covered in various vegan toppings. Nice atmosphere, decent portions, tasted good, left with a full stomach. Worth a visit.

Great food, even greater people - Edit
Stopped in here for breakfast before a flight out of Burbank airport, which is just a short distance away. Couldn’t be happier that I did. Had the vegan chilaquiles, which were terrific. Tortilla chips, whole pinto beans, tofu, avocado and other vegetables with a drizzle of hummus and something to give it a kick. Really good. Even better — the nice people who work there. Watched them interact with a couple and their baby and there was so much warmth. Highly recommended.
