Serves meat, vegan options available. Small restaurant at Paroikia. Has various salads (quinoa, lentil, superfood salad, chorta, red beet, hummus and greek salad). Say in advance that you like your dishes strictly vegan, because some of the salads include "mitzithra" a soft cheese as standard. Open April through to October. Open Mon-Sun 6:00pm-12:00am.

The food was incredible and the staff was really nice. We got the moussaka which was really good and the fava was also fantastic. It‘s pretty crowded so we would recommend going there a bit earlier. Maybe at around 7/8pm. There is also free liquor or panna cotta at the end. If you have a reservation you can also sit next to the sea and watch the sunset😄

Solid pick for vegans with omnivore friends! - Edit
I was super impressed by this restaurant and probably my favorite meal on the trip so far. Vegan and vegetarian items have symbols. Started out with the fava dip and Bulgar salad. Both were out of this world amazing. Not a ton of vegan selections on menu but a couple, and the daily specials had two which was awesome. I got the vegan Mousaka Roll. The owner came out and told us stories and gave us shots, he was adorable. The view was also great on the water, the streets are lovely. I’m glad we visited here!

Menu has changed - Limited Vegan Options - Edit
The setting was nice, and the staff were friendly; however the online menu that lists multiple vegan options has been significantly scaled back. There was essentially 1 starter (fava puree), 1 salad (burghul) and 1 main (eggplant and tomato) that are vegan; and a daily special (also roasted eggplant). I ordered the Eggplant and tomato, but it wasn’t available so was forced to have the special instead. Everything was good; but we were a little disappointed with the selection.

Amazing vegan food . Must visit - Edit
This is the only restaurant with people waiting in line to eat. The menu has clearly marked vegan items. The staff is also knowledgeable. The host is an amazing man making sure everything is right. He also remembered us the next day when we meet on the street. The eggplant dip, beetroot pasta, stuffed eggplant are the vegan items we ordered. No complaints. Suggestion: always reserve your table online if you don’t want to wait.

Sweet owner and fun options - Edit
I had the vegan shrimp and potato! Also had the mango ice cream for dessert. Very good. a decent amount of options on the menu. Service was good, a reservation is probably recommended during the busy months, but we got in without one.

Lovely food and staff - Edit
I had the linguini made vegan which was really nice! We also ordered bread which comes with olives and olive oil, the bread was very fresh and soft. Staff are efficient and lovely. Make sure to book in the summer as it does get busy in the evenings as it has an amazing sea front view of the sunset.

I had the same pasta twice; linguini with spinach and cherry tomatoes. They have around 4 items which can be made vegan. I was accused of ordering boring food at one point though. Why advertise vegan when you judge? Anyway, lovely enough for repeat visit!

Everything we ate was very tasty (caper salad was exquisite), with a wonderful view and friendly waiters.

Many vegetarian and vegan options, clearly declared on the menue. We didn't find any other with so many options and directly on the seafront. The vegetarian moussaka is unfortunately not vegan but worth to try if you're not strictly vegan.

We went to Paros and found at Mira Taverne delicious vegan food ... we had mushrooms, humus, quinoa salad, bulgur salad, green salad, fava ... and each dish had its own flavor. Everything was freshly cooked and tasted great.

I would give it 5 stars, but that's not possible by the sites rating system. So i give the highest possible rating for a veg-friendly restaurant.
I never thought to find such a delicious vegan food here on Paros.
