Awful: avoid! - Edit
From the vegetarian section of the menu only 2 dishes were available. Food took more than 1 hour to arrive, was the most expensive (and worst by far) meal we've had in Uzbekistan. I was the only vegan in a party of 10 and those who ordered chicken were served raw chicken and could not eat: after waiting for over 1 h.

Cons: Raw chicken, Incredibly long wait for food, Very expensive for Bukhara

Good rice couscous, avoid the dimlama - Edit
The restaurant has a nice indoor dining room with air condition and the service is very friendly. They offer e.g pumpkin manti and lagman, as well as side dishes like rice with vegetables and roasted potatoes. The rice couscous we tried was excellent, while the traditional dish «dimlama» (potato, cabbage and tomato in a clay pot) had enough salt for a lifetime. Don’t pick this one!

Vegetarian friendly - though not sure food is vegan even when requested - Edit
It was rather difficult to make sure the waiter understood vegan.
Read moreI ran through the whole no milk, no butter, no eggs several times and he seemed rather confused (and confused me).
I ended up with the beetroot dumplings and would not guarantee that the dough is vegan or that the filing has not been cooked in butter.
Even after having told the waiter that I didn’t want any dairy (by listing what dairy is), the dumplings were served with sour cream.
Everything considered: Not great but not sure you’ll find better in town
Pros: Central
Cons: Waiter English not good, Waiter doesn’t understand vegan

Best food in Bukhara - Edit
We went there to have dinner and we loved the food, the service, the place and the price.
Read moreThat same day at lunch time, we went to another restaurant (Chasmai Mirob) and we payed the same price for half the food we had in Minzifa (and not so nice).
I highly recommend Minzifa, although be sure you make a reservation at least 1 or 2 days before.
Pros: Salad menu, Good price, Tasty

Not a good experience - Edit
I think it's great that they have a vegetarian section in the menu but what's the point of having it if the dishes are not available? I went there only because they were supposed to have veggie options but when I wanted to order the only available thing was grilled vegetables. In the end they agreed to make me a pasta with vegetables but the overall experience was not so good.

Finally a good dinner! - Edit
After a few days without a decent veg menu, we found this place and we really enjoyed it! It was early for dinner and everybody was still exploring the city, but we were starving, so we had the entire terrace for the two of us! Staff is nice and speaks English. The menu has a vegetarian section and, well, everything was very good. We had two salads (vitamin and vinaigrette), the veggies on skewers (delicious), a kind of dumplings (pink, as the dough was made with beetroot and flour) filled with veggies (wonderful), vegan plov (the national dish made with rice, raisins and carrots-they put chickpeas instead of meat). Bread was great too. 5 dishes, sparkling water, a coke and an American coffe 13 dollars. We recommend this place: quick professional service, nice atmosphere, tasty cheap vegan food!

Authentic Uzbek food made vegetarian - Edit
I really enjoyed this restaurant, as it had vegetarian plov on the menu. Plov is a national Uzbek dish, normally with meat.
