Awesome atmosphere, good options - Edit
I only came in for a drink (smoothie) and it was excellent. The setting is nice, clean and modern and I found plenty of vegan options on the menu. Looking onto the plates of others, the food looked excellent! Friendly service!

We ordered the sweet potato quinoa avocado bowl and the vegan burger. Both amazing, freshly made, tasty! For dessert I ordered the peanut butter vegan pancakes, simply wonderful!!! They gave us 2 bottles of water for free, this was very gentle, generous and thoughtful. The service is great. Nice location, decoration and atmosphere. Love there!!!

Stopped here for dinner, I had a quinoa salad and my boyfriend had the beetroot bread. Also had a really nice smoothie and some peanut butter pancakes.

Had a great lunch at Mingle. I had the vegan black brioche smashed avocado bun, sweet potato chips and an espresso smoothie. All delicious. Plus very friendly service.
