Popular Buddhist vegetarian buffet and deservedly so

A wide selection of dishes on offer, hot and cold. The sweet crispy fried stuff that seems to be an imitation of Peking duck skin is compelling, as is the slightly crispy, lightly battered eggplant, but the salads are also fabulous. They also offer Dongbei staples like breads, dumplings, baked sweet potato and corn. There are soups, hot soy milk, barley tea (I think), and cold drinks, too. Your 18 RMB gets you endless buffet helpings and a bottled drink.
Food appears to be vegan, especially judging by the standard egg and tomato dish being made with puffed tofu instead.
We love the variety of dishes on offer, and it's usually busy, meaning things don't tend to cold in the bain marie. Things are constantly replaced by the bustling kitchen.
The staff are warm and efficient, accommodating our halting Chinese and making us feel welcome every time. And it has a nice atmosphere, despite often being fairly full, with simple, tasteful decoration.
They seem to have a membership scheme, which gets you 2RMB off the price, but unsure how that works.
I don't think you can book a table, but however busy it's been, they've always fit us in.

Pros: Delicious, Wide variety, Astonishingly good value

Cons: Can be very busy, but they always find a spot, Early closing

Our new Sunday Lunch

We recently moved to Shenyang and finding a spot with good value, great food where I don't have to have a somewhat stressful (I don't speak much Chinese yet) conversation about the contents of the menu is wonderful.
It is a buffet with some items that remind me of Chinese food when I was a child (and not vegetarian), so its a little bit nostalgic too.
The staff have all been super friendly and seemed genuinely happy when we returned a second Sunday in a row.

Pros: Great food, Good Value, Lots of choices

Cons: I eat too much

It‘s a all vegan? (some things looked vegetarian) super cheap 18¥ buffet place, some of the things are super tasty some are just ok! But and overall super experience. Tea or hot water included

Pros: Nice staff, Clean, Cheap good food

Cons: Very little English

It's still open

Hesitate to go since there is no review. Glad the restaurant is still open and has been going on for 6 years.
Has almost 40 dishes n drinks, for only 18rmb. Good mix of veg and fried dishes. Esp love the smokey bean curd.
