A hidden gem, loved the food

I’m on a road trip and I did not expect to find a vegan friendly place in rural Pennsylvania, but I came across Mimo’s Pizza on here and had to give them a try. They had both vegan and gluten-free options on the menu, making Mimo’s a thoroughly inclusive restaurant.

I ordered a vegan Stromboli combo. The serving size was very generous, the crust was cooked just right and the ingredients were super fresh! It was also loaded with lots of vegan cheese, so I was stuffed by the end of the meal.

Service was also very friendly and fast. I’d love to come back here again and try a vegan pizza! I just wish I didn’t live over 1,000 miles away.
