Pub grub

Decent vegan options on the menu - vegetable curry, bean chilli and a vegan shepherds pie. Very reasonably priced at £9.95 for a main and big portions. It was standard tasty pub grub. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They also did a vegan nut roast on a Sunday.

A traditional pub, some outdoor benches to the front and side, which were lovely on a sunny day!

Never eaten in the pub but always get my vegan pie and chips from the Milton fish and chip shop……will have to visit the pub :)

A disappointing experience

Based on previous reviews for this place we decided to go there for lunch. There was nothing vegan on the menu and the only vegetarian meal was a veg pie. I was starving so I had it. A very average meal. Wouldn't go there again.

Pros: Nice garden

Cons: No vegan food, Food nothing special

Everyone catered for

Cosy pub with a real fire and lovely hosts catering for vegan veggie and gluten free. I had vegan moussaka. Dog friendly too. Hard to beat!

Pros: All diets catered for. Dogs welcome. Country pub.

Cons: None!

Pub food

They had two vegan options when I visited. I opted for the beetroot wellington. It was very tasty but takes at least 30 minutes to cook normally you have to prebook this although there are always other options.
Its a nice traditional pub dog friendly with free treats for your furry friend. I found the The landlords to be very welcoming.

Pros: Some vegan options , Dogs welcome
