Read moreRegarding the small portion size, I recommend you to eat lunch there. I was still hungry after that. I ordered the menu set.

Great Vegan Bakery (Not Great for a Meal) - Edit
Wonderful vegan bakery in Busan! I am mostly familiar with vegan bakeries that focus on making healthy breads, but this one features many breads that I've seen in other Korean bakeries, but veganized!
Read moreI tried a bun filled with sweet black sesame cream and it was fantastic! I also ordered a veggie cheeze burger for lunch. The burger was good, but as there isn't any clear side dish available, I don't think it would make for a good meal. This is a great place for a snack before exploring the area, but I won't go here for dinner (check out HOME or PalmTree or Dajeon Cafe for a meal).
The inside is large and spacious with a clean bathroom on the second floor. I was able to charge my phone and I sat in the sunroom and enjoyed the lovely atmosphere. It was oddly quiet when I went..no music playing which was a little uncomfortable, but it was great nonetheless.
I will go back here to buy some baked goods for my breakfast in the future. ^^

Love the Korean bakery culture - Edit
I went here in May, before they served the burgers/milkshakes/fries. They joined with the previously called Moo Moo Burger/부부버더 (instagram: MooMooBurger), which was located elsewhere in Busan. I did try the burgers and smooties in their previous location though. They were delicious, healthy and filling. The owner sees organic and natural food as very important, so you can be sure there are no heavily processed/weird additives in your food.

I loved to try out all the different kinds of bread they had. I don’t have anything like it in Amsterdam. I tried out the mugwort roll/bread (a plant typically used in Korean baked goods), red bun with sweet bean filling (didn’t like this one) and garlic bread . They were all very tasty, sweet, but not too sweet. They are also perfect to bring with you during travel. The mugwort roll had a very interesting texture with sweet crunchy crumbs, a creamy filling and puffy soft bread, amazing! I also love the garlic bread in Korea, it’s sweet and savory at the same time✨
So yeah, I definitely recommend this place, also to get familiar with the Korean bakery culture.

We had burgers with fries & shakes. Everything was yum but portions are small. We bought some bakery items to go and some cup noodles! Everything was great but when we got back to the hotel, realised the packaged brownie was growing mould.

I get it. Its kinda rare to find a vegan burger in Korea. but for the price the burger was quite small and left me still hungry. But all the bakery options are great. nice setting but overall a bit pricey.

Read moreWent with the garlic bread which was sweet (was a bit weird but still tasty), a black sesame bun fille with black bean cream and the green smoothie.
The owner also gave me a lot of things to try.
The atmosphere is very cozy and the whole bakery is deffinitely worth a trip!

I got a burger set with fries and an americano for 11,000 won. It was all super delicious! There was also a terrific variety of baked goods and some ramen and plant milk available to buy. The cafe has a lovely ambience.

Delicious vegan burgers and smoothies - Edit
It seems this bakery/cafe has recently merged with 'Moo Moo Burger'. I went there on a weekday lunchtime and ordered the 숯불구이 (grilled soy meat?) burger set with fries and a green smoothie. The total was only about 13,000 won. It was all vegan and all really delicious! It was a bit busy and there was only one person working so I had to wait a while for my order, but other than that it was great.

They merged with Moo Moo burgers. The baked goods and the burgers are both amazing! I was especially impressed because it is the only vegan place I’ve been to in all of Korea that is cognizant of the air pollution. The have a nice purifier and keep the doors and windows closed on bad days.

Excellent lattes and ades! Also large selection of vegan pastries. Ranging from breads, sweets, and some savory ones too. There is a nice restroom just up the stairs. Staff is very friendly. Atmosphere comfortable. There is a chilled case with different milks, juices, cheese, and a few other pastries.
