I ordered the Vegan Basic Plus, which includes tofu, sausage, Portland French Bakery rustic wheat toast with butter, and hash browns or fried mash potatoes. The tofu is cubed instead of scrambled. I think the sausage may be Gardein. Everything was tasty, but super oily.
