Amazing vegan amare burrito and vegan elote. Half the menu is vegan and they did it so well. Guac was fresh and service was great.

I had the vegan seitan fajita and an iced tea. Both were super tasty and the portion size was more than sufficient. It was also nice to sit outside.

I had the vegan nachos with vegan chorizo and it was very good. My husband enjoyed his regular nachos as well. Usually nachos are too heavy but these were tasty. Good margarita too!

Mexican food is my favourite cuisine so I was excited to try this place and it did not disappoint! They have a separate vegan section on the menu with plenty of options. I had the seitan Al pastor tacos which were some of the best tacos ive ever had, and the salsas that come on the side are also really good. Others in my group had the different vegan burritos and really enjoyed them too. We had a take away so only went inside to get our food, but the restaurant is nicely decorated with doilies and pinatas with an interesting cocktail menu and good happy hour offers midweek. The staff were also super friendly! I will probably go back before I leave NY to try the other items on the menu😄

I stumbled upon this place because Scarr’s Pizza across the street was out of vegan slices. I’m glad I did! I ordered the vegan elote and vegan enchiladas with green sauce - both were spectacular. I chatted with the owner and realized he and his partner own this and Mexico Auténtico. Makes sense — similar menus with vegan sections and absolutely delightful food. Highly recommend! (Also recommend Mexico auténtico).
