Very accomoating chef

We booked a table for 6 people and I was the only vegan. The owner is also the chef/waiter and we told him when making the reservation that one vegan meal was needed.
You can easily have a vegetarian meal as the base is grain, rice, and vegetables, but all sauces are made with honey. He made a separate sauce just for me and the whole dish was spectacular! You can also choose the soup of thay day as an accompaniement, and he decided to make a vegan soup for everyone. The chef is really open to veganism and happy to talk about it. He is passionate about food and very curious: he uses all sorts of spices and herbs that make every dish quite surprising and incredible at the same time. All flavours are well balanced.

There isn't so many vegan options available in the city, so this was a really good surprise!

Pros: Friendly staff, Excellent food

Cons: No vegan dessert
