Long wait, but worth it! - Edit
Waited about forty minutes for our plates, but if you have good company and time to kill I would check this out. I was hoping to eat something similar to a home cooked meal and it really didn’t disappoint. I tried the mamposteao rice with veggies and I subbed the sweet plantains for tostones (duuuuh). Truly delicious! My boyfriend ordered the side of rice and beans and the beans were showstoppers. Another thing that enhanced this dish for me was ordering a side of the criollo sauce. 🤙 killer

Frozen not fresh - Edit
I tried the monfogo, the flavor was good but the veggies taste as if they came from a frozen veggies pack. The staff was nice and knowledgeable about what was vegan. I just wish the veggies didn’t taste like they sat in the freezer for a long time and then put on your plate.

LOL I said the same thing about the veg. Honestly, the mamposteao rice and tostones fully made up for the veggies which I still enjoyed. It was the water chestnut that was a giveaway but it seems they made an effort to add fresh carrots and potato slices to the mix.

Disappointing - Edit
We waited for a long time to get served and they forgot to give us menus. A drink had plastic in the ice. The waiters were very disconnected and recommended against vegan options.
Read moreThe food was okay, the mofongo and paella were good. I had the pasta primavera with garlic and it wasn’t tasty. Too much oil for me.
