Best vegan food in France - Edit
Couldn't eat in as it was very busy when we visited so took a take away. Staff was so friendly and whole we were waiting for our order, they offered our kids a juice and at the end they treated us with a free dessert. Definitely the next time we will book earlier to have a nice meal. As for the food, we got the pasta meatballs, the burger and the noodles with the spring rolls. All were delicious. Worth all 5 stars!!

Really great spot for vegan food in Arras on our trip through France. We had the mezze platter, the bao bun, the burger, and japanese noodles all of which we would highly recommend. Quite busy for eating in and takeaways when we were there so must be popular locally as well. Great service and value for money. Highly recommended

We were very happy to find a vegan restaurant in Arras. The food was delicious, the service very friendly. We had pasta-gratin with mushrooms, fried tofu and potatoes, and Lebanese bread with hummus. The dessert, the lemon-poppyseed-cake and a peanut-chocolate tart were also super nice. If you are in Arras, please support this only vegan shop!

Read moreI didn’t expect to find good vegan food in northern France - I’m in northern France every year and always struggle.
The food was excellent. Starters and mains. We couldn’t fit a desert in, but they looked amazing. There was eight of us, and for starters we shared the antipasti pick and mix and spring rolls. Gorgeous. Main meals included the burger with fries (stunning!), I had the tofu and mushroom satay with fried rice and salad (stunning!), and others included courgette with pistachio penne, mushroom penne, curry with veg balls, and other meals I can’t remember - but all were delicious. I was the only vegan, but everyone thought their meals were delicious. Uploaded some photos.
Going again tomorrow!
Update...
Came back the next day and enjoyed it even more... certainly not a one off. This time had desserts. I loved my carrot cake. Really nice crunchy outside, which you typically don’t get from a normally moist cake. I liked it. I’ve uploaded pictures.
Coming back to Arras next year And will definitely come back.

Best restaurant ever - Edit
By far the best vegan restaurant we have been, in 32 years. The interior is very homey, and the staff very friendly. The taste of all the dishes we tried, was outstanding. We had Leek bhaji, the burger, curry korma and strawberry coconut tarte. Even our 1 year old daughter liked everything and kept saying yum yum!

Read moreThe place was much larger than we thought; however, it was almost complete, so it was very helpful we made a reservation (you should do it too).
Mezzaluna seemed more of a place where locals eat with their families, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was welcoming, and the menu was also relatively large.
Prices are also fair (between 10€ and 13€ for main dishes).
We had the leek fritters as appetizer, and then the lasagna and the "boulettes" with fries as mains. Everything was delicious! The fritters were perfectly crunchy, the lasagna was rich and creamy, and the boulettes were yummy (reminded me of italian 'arancinis').
As we didn't have much space left for sweets, we had the café gourmand which came with three small pieces of desserts (which you choose). The desserts were also tasty.
All-in-all, although we saw the great reviews, I must confess we were pleasantly surprised by the food, the vibe and the service. I wish this place was located closer to where I live. :)

I was expecting to find no vegan food in this part of France and yet found this gem. It's honestly one of my favourite restaurants anywhere. The staff are incredibly friendly, the menu is fantastic and the food made with love. 5 stars!
