Bad day experience. We saw the reviews and finding ourselves in front of it we decided to give it a try. When ordering they told us that they don't make any changes to the dish and they don't have any vegan options. Get up and leave 🥲

They couldn't make it vegan for me - Edit
The staff was not able to take away the cheese from the burrito or change other stuff to make something vegan. The burrito bowl was good tho, just sad that they weren't able to change stuff like I read here.

There are a few vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. The taco with fried cauliflower was very tasty - will definitely come back for that one when I’m in LX Factory!

It was easy to make the burrito vegan but the portion was pretty small. The burrito was tasty but definitely different (carrots inside a burrito?! - actually not so bad!). Before we ordered anything we got a bottle of water and a small cup with tortilla chips and salsa... What a nice welcoming we thought! Turned out they charged us for everything they put on our table without us ordering these items😡not so cool!

Had a vegan burrito (vegetarian without the cheese). Was okay. The staff is friendly and really want to help adjust anything to your taste. Terrace is next to a parking lot, not very relaxing.

We had the burrito bowl and the veganized burrito. The bowl was delicious and the burrito was good as well, just a bit tiny. Friendly staff that spoke english and knew about veganism. Would go again!

Ate here with non vegan friends and found there to be enough vegan options on he menu including a vegan pudding that wasn’t fruit or sorbet! Actual brownie made from black beans! Food was really delicious, filling and plated nicely. Would visit again.

A couple of tasty vegan options - Edit
I was excited to visit the LX Factory but had heard the veg options there weren’t great. When we saw Mez Cais LX we peeked at the menu and were excited to see a vegan option on the menu (tacos) and an easily veganized burrito (ask for no cheese). They also served freshly made tortillas and salsa, and had other veg options like quesadillas. Wasn’t sure if the guacamole was vegan so definitely ask beforehand. I found the burrito a little dry without the cheese so I’d recommend asking for extra salsa or extras of the sauces that come with the tacos.
