No vegan rice or beans

If you ask for vegan options, they tell you to order anything vegetarian and just take off the cheese. However, you have to ask further to find out that they use lard and butter in their beans and rice. And what's really left as a Mexican meal without rice or beans?

Pros: you could just have lettuce, guac, and salsa

Cons: Rice has butter, beans have lard, they don't seem to care
