delicious and affordable breakfasts

We were so delighted to discover this hidden gem. Delicious and affordable plates for breakfast. We shared a plate between two people the two times we came. Everything was tasty, the staff were helpful. The space was calm and peaceful. Awesome organization and a good cause to support…but worth it just to go for the food!

Pros: Delicious, Affordable, Good cause

Cons: A bit out of the way, Not 100% vegan

Wan ton noodles recommended

Personally i enjoyed their wan ton noodles, in the mixture of sesame oil and light soy sauce, simple yet delicious, recommended, their veggies were good too.

Good food. Friendly staff

Reached early at 7am weekday. Vegetarian fried bee hoon is ready. Very friendly and helpful staffs. They also sell vegetarian packed food and also handicrafts made by alumni of the school.👍🏻👍🏻

good dishes

This place was quite recently renovated, adding a new modern touch. The bamboos inside were moved outside, along the stairs to the restaurant. They also have special function rooms that can be booked for any special event.

I personally like the stir-fry dishes with rice. Though they may be a little more expensive, but they're absolutely tasty. The fried abalone mushroom is highly recommended. The other nice ones are the lotus root and bulb with snow peas, sweet and sour fish, yam and many others. Normally, during lunchtime, there would be some dishes for you to pick to add to the rice/noodles (which are usually cheaper). But this section of dishes are usually gone after lunchtime because (i guess) there are students there who eat there too.

They offer free soup too (self-service). usually added are soy beans, dates, and some veggies (watercress i think). they also have steamboat available, and a selection of eggless cakes and cookies (some might have milk, so it's better to ask first).

Pros: tasty dishes, cheerful place, friendly staff
