Decent Vegan food overlooking the beach or on the beach - Edit
Metaxa Beach Bar has many vegan options on their menu and you can eat them in the bar or on the beach on their sun beds as they have a beach side waiter too.
Read moreI found the food quality (I had the Vegan Nest) to be great and would definitely eat there again.

Nice vegan options on beach front - Edit
There were just a couple of vegan things on the menu, so we both ordered the hot dog. Then we saw a separate menu on another table with more options (so make sure you look for it!). Hot dog was good and it was good to see things marked Vegan. Nice view over beach.
