Good but very limited options…

So while it’s called fine dining, it’s in a National park…so dress is casual luckily. Reservations are recommended and if you’re lucky, you’ll get a window seat! The stuffed squash was the only entree that could be veganized by leaving off the parmesan. There were a couple salads that could be modified as well. It was good but giving it a three due to the limited options. Also, no vegan dessert…whomp whomp lol.

Side note: many other places in the park offer a chipotle black bean burger and that is vegan! It wasn’t labeled so I asked and was happily surprised! Didn’t try it though so can’t vouch for taste or anything.

Pros: Super good food

Cons: Menu doesn’t label vegan options

Convenient

Convenient if staying within the national park at the Far View Lodge. Food was fair. Service was good. A few vegan options if you tweak the menu. My dish was lacking a lot of salt, but once added, it was pretty good. The salad didn’t come exactly as ordered, but it was ok. It’s the only place to really eat inside the park if you’re staying in the park.

Pros: Vegan options with alterations, Good service, Pretty views

Cons: On the expensive side for fair food, Food was fair
