This was my first stop after getting off a plane in Denver, starving. I got the chili cheese waffle fries, dijon chicken bacon club, and a strawberry milkshake. They also had a brand of cherry soda I’d never seen before which was also amazing. It was all phenomenal and I’d go back in a heartbeat!

Classic burger joint - Edit
Had a long layover in Denver and felt like explorint the vegan options outside the airport. Everything you'd expect from a burger joint. Burgers, chili dogs, waffle fries, and shakes. Everything was delicious and service was excellent. Was definitely worth the ride from the airport.

Surprisingly wholesome and delicious! - Edit
This place is GOOD. Being someone who typically likes to eat whole veggies, I was a little apprehensive about eating here, but I was surprised by how amazing their garden burger was. It's made of lentils, beans, and veggies and can be substituted for the soy patty on any burger. I also had a delicious side salad (which was much better than most) with a honey mustard-like dressing. Bravo Meta Burger, bravo.

I wish more vegans knew about this little hole-in-the-wall burger joint. It's so beautiful. They have a rotating menu of burger options, but you always the have the choice of a "meta patty" (Beyond Burger-style faux meat) or a traditional veggie patty. My favorite burgers are the Flatiron, which has toppings like gouda and steak sauce, and the Island, which has pineapple and teriyaki. Their milkshakes are also incredible. Basically, everything on the menu is as good as its non-vegan counterpart, if not way better.

....An awesome, local, fast food joint in Denver. For Denver’s progressiveness and size, the city definitely lags the crowd as far as vegan restaurants go. Small local joints like Meta will hopefully change that. Food was awesome! I got the Western BBQ Burger. Every bit as good as I remember from my meat eating Carl’s Jr. days as a lad. The bacon was Devine, the Meta patty was delectable, and the accoutrement was fresh. Space was simple but clean, service was friendly, prices were great, especially for Denver, double especially for vegan food in Denver.

If you are looking for the best "non vegan" vegan burger you HAVE to go here! The party melt reminded me of steak and shake and was unreal delicious. Everything we tried was great. Staff was also super welcoming and great to chat with. We will absolutely be back!

Simple decor and a straightforward, well-marked menu (for gluten allergies and such), as well as some incredibly lovely employees. The human who took care of me recommended the Flatiron burger and holy cow-less was it delicious!
I'm not very close to this restaurant but will certainly check it out when I am back no that side of the city.

This place is amazing when you feel like vegging out and need a burger, fries, and shake without having to go through the hassle of finding out if things are vegan or not! Absolutely delicious from beginning to end. They are also super creative with their burger and shake styles/flavors. I want to keep coming back and try everything on the menu!

OMG. Coming back from a day long kid event, we wanted something easy. Little did we know we would have the best burger ever. Who needs In and Out when you have kick ass milkshakes, fries, and the best tasting burger we have ever had. Not greasy, and flavor out of this world. Cannot wait to try other things on the menu!

These were the best burgers I've had in years. They were so delicious and indulgent, but without that regretful stuffed feeling that accompanies beef and dairy cheese. The place was a 20 minute drive, but so worth it. There was a mixup and I tried to change my order after it was on the grill. Instead, they just gave me an extra burger! If I lived in this area, I would probably eat here every other day. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Stopped in here for lunch and enjoyed the ver inventive Flatiron with shaved Brussels sprouts, sautéed mushrooms, Gouda and Flatiron steak sauce - excellent. Other reviewers remarked that this place was expensive but I thought the prices were in alignment with the quality.

Found that I lived not too far away and thought to give it a try. Can’t say it’s in a great area but once your inside it’s all good. Makes a nice change from Native Foods. Really great burger options. Pricey but I appreciate what goes into creating a great burger like this and it costs more than a fast food operation. The bun is great too. Bad bread can kill a good burger. Very clean and fast friendly service.

I was in Denver for a training, and I’m so happy I found this place!! My friend has A LOT of food allergies and they were so helpful with showing her packaging ingredients. The food was amazing!! I enjoyed a Philly Cheesesteak and a delicious chocolate milkshake! I WILL BE BACK!

Very cute place, inside is small but very cute and tidy. The people were very nice and the food is great! I wish they had their ingredients listed somewhere in the store because they claim to be plant based but I wanted to know what was in their food and I feel displaying it would just be a nice courtesy. I do think that on this app it should be noted that the food is at least worth a “$$” rating because it is pretty pricey. It is very worth it for such great food though!

Love this place. I decided to visit all the vegan Spots in Denver for my birthday weekend and Meta Burger definitely won since we went back twice. It's such delicious fast food. I don't feel gross from the usual greasy fast food at other places. I still feel light afterwards. My bf could usually taste a difference between vegan food and non vegan food since he eats meat but he says it tastes super convincing. Everything I have tried has been amazing and I think everyone should come here at least once. The Meta cookies and creme blast is bomb!

Been here SEVERAL times already haha. Overall I absolutely love it, I hope the fries go down in price/improvement on them. They have already improved on their hotdogs. Mac and cheese is “meh” reminded me more of a pasta salad. LOVE their God Father Burger, all of their burgers are fantastic. Meta blasts and milkshakes hit the spot
