Best Vegan Burgers & Sandwiches - Edit
The vegan burgers and chicken sandwiches are some of the best you’ll have! Two meat-eating colleagues joined me and they praised this place as the best veggie burgers they’ve had…so that’s always nice to hear! I tried the Cowboy chicken sandwich and that was really good. Also tried these loaded fries with some of the best vegan cheese I’ve had. Additionally, colleagues tried vegan strawberry shakes which they liked but I had a Chocolate shake with cookies and cream added. That was amazing and perfect texture. The staff was very kind and welcoming and the place is clean & pretty. Though I will say it’s spendy but also surprised at how large the portions were so it’s not horribly priced…but still expensive in my book. I would go to again and try a new item!

Read moreThey upped the prices of burgers and sandwiches from $10-$13 within less than a year?! Ridiculous. Gave the first option for a burger a try and it was so underwhelming. It was served to me cold, and it was very dry. The bun hardly toasted. So bland. I do like their regular French fries with the cheese sauce though. Those are properly fried.
This place is super overrated. Make better burgers please. Learn from other burger places.
I would put one star but this app won’t let me.

Very good burgers, fries and shakes. Though, the price is a little expensive. The large shake looks like the regular size. The large size shake is about a small shake at other burger places. Maybe have a label of the sizes?
The burgers and sandwiches are all $10 without fries. Wish there was a smaller size for someone who doesn’t want to spend that much money.

I've been to the Meta Burger in Denver before, but this was a much more pleasant experience because the location is a lot better. They have great high quality vegan burgers here that are extremely flavorful. Both my husband and I really enjoyed it. This will definitely be my go to vegan place in Boulder until Native Foods is back!

Read moreI came back the next day and got the chicken deluxe but I admit I was disappointed. It wasn’t really crunchy like I expected and I didn’t care for the sauces or the American cheese as much (I think their Gouda is better). I’ll be back to get the Godfather without spice though!

We stopped here while traveling through the area and were very happy with the service and quality! We have a lot of vegan options where we are from, but we don't have any true "fast food" options like this. Would absolutely come here again if I were in the area!

This is a vegan version of a fast food outlet and there is a great selection of vegan burgers, plant-based chicken burgers and some tasty shareable options. We had the shareable Wings and Flatiron Style Fries with a side order of Mac n Cheese and a Vanilla Shake with Cookies n Cream.

Cheesy fries were portioned for at least 2 people though!
Oh, they also have a cookies and cream shake which I always find myself searching for.
My table was facing Panera bread and I smiled a little bc in my head I was giving them the big bird.
Always feels good to support a fully plant-based business!

This place doesn’t disappoint. I’ve ordered a lot of different items from their menu, but The Hangover Chicken Sammy is my favorite. They have the best vegan Cesar salad I’ve ever had and I love their “chicken”.

As someone who's been vegan for almost 8 years, I can honestly say I don't remember the last time I had a vegan burger this good or this cheap! I went 2 days in a row, and both times the burgers were delicious and made quickly. I ordered for pickup through UberEats both times, and they were ready when I arrived.

I've seen some people complain about the pricing, but I just moved to Colorado from a much more expensive place and was in shock at how low the prices were for how big the burgers are. $10 for most of the options. I splurged the first day and paid $3 extra for a double patty!
I am soy free (moderately intolerant, not allergic) so I chose the garden patty. I saw online through a 3rd party article that its soy free, so don't quote me on that.
Overall, great food, can't wait to try more of the menu. It's my new go-to takeout spot!

I like the concept and have tried burgers and chicken style sandwiches. I prefer the latter. Burgers are fine but not great. If you get mac n cheese, they serve in a plastic, disposable container. Ask for a paper boat, which you can recycle. I would skip the shakes because I can make tastier smoothies at home.

The space is bright and clean. I ordered waffle fries and the Western burger, which has barbecue sauce, pickles, crispy onions, bacon, and sliced cheese on a brioche bun. The barbecue sauce overpowered the other ingredients, but the fries were perfect.

We went to Meta Burger in Boulder twice in 2 days, and both times the staff were lovely, the food is served quickly and it's delicious. Yes I've had better burgers (we're spoilt in Cambridge, UK) but it was a very welcome feast on our long road trip. Love the number of options on the menu and each one is genuinely unique. The waffle fries are lovely, but the absolute winner is the wings with buffalo sauce. Amazing!!
