Good option - Edit
I enjoyed the sandwhich and the fries. It is definitely a good option. Everything was tender, though I just wish it was a bit more flavorful. For my taste, it was a little bland but I would purchase it again.

Let them know you’re vegan upfront
Either the surfer or philly veggie is vegan however you have to be very clear in the order these sandwiches need to be order plain no mayo, no chesse, no butter ( they do butter for all the sandwiches) BBQ IS VEGAN

Great sandwiches - Edit
My family loves the Philly veggie "roast beef". My 6 yr old is very picky and eats very little, but he scarfed down half a sandwich (they're cut in half). The fries are good too. If you're in the Florida mall, you must make a stop here. You'll be glad you did.
