Best Vegan French Toast in the World! - Edit
Great little cafe! Owners are super nice and friendly. They were very accommodating of my dietary needs. Great vegan options. We had black bean tacos with butternut squash. It sounds like a weird combination, but it's really delicious! We also had the Vegan French toast. it is out of this world! Quite possibly the best vegan French toast I have ever had! The bread is super soft and pillowy with a crisp outer layer. With toasted coconut sliced banana and coconut syrup, its absolutely delicious!

Amazing brunch. Definitely worth a visit if you are in San Pedro. - Edit
We had one morning to try a breakfast place and Mesa did not disappoint. We shared the Coconut French Toast and the Bean Cakes. Both were delicious, fresh ingredients and so flavorful. The staff easily split both items for ease of sharing.

The owners were able to make me vegan French Toast, as well as a blended vegan chai. I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast, they will work with you to find something that works with your needs!

fantastic vegetarian friendly cafe - Edit
This is a fantastic vegetarian friendly cafe. While the menu is small the offerings are diverse and the quality and care taken with ingredients, presentation and culinary pleasure is exceptional. Vegetarian meals are clearly marked and the owner takes pride in every aspect of the meal and will work with vegans. My only regret is that they are only open for breakfast and lunch. Best meal we've had on the Caye. Check it out.
