Amazing vegan-friendly hotel in Santiago! - Edit
This beautiful, small, reasonably-priced, vegan-friendly hotel in the Providencia neighborhood of Santiago is perfect for anyone and especially vegans and vegetarians. You'll find soy milk and rice milk for your morning coffee, delicious vegan cheese for your vegan rice cakes and bread, vegan sweets, and fresh vegan crepes with strawberry or blackberry and vegan whipped cream made to order all mornings but Sunday! The lovely people who work at and manage the hotel are so nice and made my week-long stay here so wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's in a safe neighborhood on a quiet street off of a major street with shopping and anything you would need nearby including two metro lines. It's a perfect home base. The hotel is quaint and artistic with Chilean artifacts mixed with earthy sculptural crafts. The music they play during the day and early evening is so cool and relaxing. There is poetry by Neruda, Mistral, Perra and others on the walls. This is a very special place.

Very cozy with vegan options - Edit
Been here in nov 2016. Petit hotel but very clean and cosy. Breakfast has a few vegetarian/vegan options, the owner and staff are very friendly and can help you find vegan/vegetarian places in the area.
