Very good vegetarian options - Edit
This is probably the best vegetarian restaurant in town; variety of salads, soup and one main (cheese manti).

The mantı are labeled vegetarian. Maybe if you ask to leave out the yogurt they would be vegan but they only had beef mantı when I came.
Read moreI had the only vegan options left: Salad, fries and glazed carrots. It was all good but not overwhelming considering the price.
Beautiful design of the restaurant though.

Great vegan dumplings! - Edit
Great rooftop spot with clearly marked vegan items. Glazed carrots were also excellent. One of the few restaurants on a week trip in Uzbekistan that catered to vegans.
