Simple and yummy - Edit
There are 2 serving sizes to choose from, $2.50 or $3. I got the $3 serving and it was just nice for me.
Read moreIt comes with some crispy fried shredded wonton skin which I like it personally as it add some extra flavour n texture to the beehoon.

Best veg beehoon I had in SG! - Edit
Oh my, it's the first time I tasted a vegetarian bee hoon with wok hei!! That itself already makes it stand out from the other vegetarian bee hoon I'd eaten. The "vegetarian goose" and what appears to be fried wonton skin are really crispy as well!
Read moreRecommended to me by a friend. It's located at Bedok 85 hawker centre, and it's the best vegetarian bee hoon I'd had thus far.
Pros: Really great beehoon with wok hei, Cheap and affordable
Cons: Not a lot of food items to choose from, Uses styrofoam plate

Try the red chilli with been hoon - Edit
This is one of the best stalls for bee hoon. Nothing fancy. Just very quickly prepared and great tasting bee hoon.
Read moreYou HAVE to get it with red chilli. This shop is very different from others with the way they prepare their red chilli- it's a sweetish sesame infused concoction that is amazing. Take that from someone who doesn't enjoy sweet foods for their main course and can't stomach spicy red chilli(curse of the supertaster).
Only drawback is sometimes the toppings are sparse because the auntie prepares it with such speed.
Pros: Red chilli- try it, Bee hoon, Affordable
Cons: Closes early but opens early too , Sometimes toppings are a bit little

Best Vegetarian Mee Hoon in Bedok North - Edit
I used to patronize Meow Xiang Vegetarian very often more than 2 decades ago. This is a typical Chinese vegetarian hawker stall that serves the traditional 'Zhey Mee Hoon' early in the morning. And yes, they open very early as I used to buy from them around 4am in the morning! There is a standard modus operandi of ordering and the process is very efficient due to the long queues during peak period. You can also watch a 'spectacular show' orchestrated perfectly by the Auntie while she picks the different ingredients for the Mee Hoon. You would be sure to see long queues during 初一 十五 or during the weekends. Be sure to check it out as this is probably one of the best vegetarian stalls in Bedok North that serves delicious vegetarian mee hoon. One of the con would be the typical serving of mock meats in traditional Chinese vegetarian stalls, but the mee hoon is really good! One of my favorite breakfast location if I am around Bedok North area. I have also seen them do catering for Buddhist societies and temples when there are events and activities.
