Good sandwich - Edit
Was using Happy Cow to look for a quick option near my hotel, and this popped up. I of course had the vegan banh mi. Did what it said on the tin- tasty sandwich.

Amazing food! - Edit
I went with my partner and got a banh mi and togarashi green bean and tofu side (1/2 sandwich and salad), and my partner got the same with the couscous. So freaking amazing! We were walking around the city, super hungry and found this place on happy cow. Many vegan/vedge options and some for meat eaters as well.

Mendocino Farms - Edit
Mendocino Farms offers so many vegan options that it's crazy (awesome)! Even the potato salad is made with vegan mayo.
Read moreI had the tofu banh mi with vegan mayo and it was delicious. Mind you, this was not like an authentic Vietnamese banh mi, but it was good nonetheless. They also offer "Impossible Meat" in a variety of their dishes. I'll be back and will update this review as I try other of their menu items.
