Veg friendly but expensive - Edit
They always have several vegan sandwich options and at least a side or two that are vegan but it is pricey. Quality food however.

Pretty Excellent - Edit
There aren't a million options here, but what they do have is excellent. The Impossible Burger Queen is so delicious. They also have rotating soups that can be vegan.

3-4 delicious vegan sandwiches. A bit $$$ but worth it! - Edit
We ate all 3 vegan sandwiches - the BBQ tempeh, the tofu Banh Mi & falafel. All incredibly filling. BBQ tempeh was the best for flavor. Teenagers asked to eat here again, high praise indeed! A bit $$$ for a sandwich - La Jolla generally seems to have this issue though.

Good vegan sandwiches and sides - Edit
Mendocino typically has 3-4 sandwiches, which are always good. Their menu changes seasonally. My personal favorite is the falafel wrap. They always have a vegan potato salad and 2 vegan salad options as well. The parking lot though, coming and going from the Whole Foods side, is quite possibly the worst I’ve ever seen.
