I am not sure if we were just there on an off day or if the restaurant is trying to get rid of vegan options. They were out of stock of just about everything to make any of the vegan pizzas. We left and went to eat down the street. I was excited to give them a try, but based on that experience I probably will not return.

They serve some great pizza and always neat to have vegan wings. Make sure you ask for the plant based menu to see the unique vegan pizza combos, beyond just building your own and the typical veggie.

The Mellow Mushroom has a separate plant-based menu with some unusual pizzas. I chose the Pollo Segura and was not disappointed. If you’re a buffalo wing lover like I am this pizza gives you all the flavors without any animal products. The crust was delicious and the size is generous. Our server was friendly and offered to adapt other menu options if I wanted. Tried the Pineapple Express drink and it was yummy

We thought we would get vegan pizza but were intrigued to see tempeh hoagies. Did not disappoint. Fav food stop of our trip from Minnesota to the bottom of Texas! #Veganuary

Found on happy cow. Stated vegan options. Asked server who stated anything with a v beside it was Vegan. Not true. Ordered veggie pizza. Greasy, covered in cheese with very few veggies. $25:00 to not get a bite. Service was o.k. People nice. Food was not anywhere near whole food plant based, or vegan. Very disappointed. Needs to be removed from happy cow.

Your review surprised me, especially with the information about the server saying they don't have vegan options. I hate that you had a poor experience. I've been to this location many times and talked to servers who confirmed their vegan options. I reviewed their menu, and they have 8 vegan options (not including the build your own option). They also have Daiya vegan cheese. I wonder if that particular server wasn't knowledgeable about their vegan options. I'm going to inquire about this during my next visit.

I can confirm they do offer vegan pizza option . I would definitely suggest asking for light cheese (follow your heart) as the cook put way too much on mine. The smell of the restaurant was overwhelming. It smelled as if we walked into a chucky cheese restaurant (cheese and feet). The glass of water tasted like dish water and they didn't have any tea. Overall experience was less than stellar. If they made improvements I'd likely return.

They had a separate vegan menu with 4 pizza options and wings with several sauce options and vegan ranch. Mostly everything on their standard menu is not vegan. Great customer service as well!

I got a calzone with the vegan cheese and it was great! We shared some pizza dough pretzels as well which were pretty great. Good selection of beer and a nice atmosphere.

A great experience for veg and non-veg alike! - Edit
This is a great place for lunch or dinner for veg and non-veg alike! They have very many vegetarian options clearly marked (with a mushroom) on their menus that can very easily be made vegan. The waiter we had was very knowledgable about vegan diets as well. My gf/v "Veg Out" pizza was probably the best pizza I've ever had since going vegan and all of my non-veg family members said that they're pizzas and sandwiches were awesome too! Highly recommend.
