What a gem - Edit
Just landed at the airport and 10 minutes later we were at this amazing place. The a la king encroute was as incredible—satisfying like the chicken pot pies of my youth only elevated. The mushroom scallops and gingerade were special. But the barefoot twist was worth a plane ride. seriously one of The best desserts of my life!

Delicious Healthy Vegan Food - Edit
This all vegan Asian fusion restaurant was a wonderful treat for my daughter and I as we traveled through town. We had some appetizers including gyoza, tofu with Korean sauce and the artichoke dish. The gyoza was especially delicious. Our main meals were the mushroom spinach crepes and the dish with mushrooms, garbanzo beans, peas atop puffed pastry. Both delicious. Also had the cinnamon twist. Soooo good. Will definitely come back again when in the area. I thought the prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. Very friendly staff.

Flavorful, though pricy. Soup do the day was delicious. Maui tacos were delightful. Deconstructed lasagna was tasty, through a bit difficult to keep on the narrow plate. Tiramisu was extremely rich, definitely a sharing dessert. The presentation of everything was quite beautiful. Prices make it a special treat.

Everything we had was delicious. I don’t think I’ve ever had freshly made gyoza before and these were amazing. Cajun tofu and its sauce were also a huge hit. Just when it couldn’t get any better… the cinnamon twist arrived 🤤

The food is definitely gourmet. We had the Cajun Tofu and Scallops first, then the big plates. My husband had the Singapore Noodles and I had the Spinach and Mushroom Crepes. The sauces are well-blended. Customer service is superb! We’re glad to find this gem.

Gourmet Vegan Cuisine, best of anywhere - Edit
I have been to Melange many times since moving to Medford. The food is flat out amazing. It is gourmet cuisine, internationally inspired, that happens to be vegan (and often organic). Chef Igarta is an experienced chef that is formally trained, and it shows. Everything I have tried is delicious. It's hard to decide what to get because I want to try everything, but everything I've already had is so good I want to have it again! Not only is this the best vegan food around Southern Oregon, it is right up there with the best vegan food I've had in Southern California (where I moved from). The menu has so many amazing items. You will not be disappointed. Yummy desserts, too! The prices are quite fair for healthy organic vegan chef-created cuisine.

Just ate here for the first time. My teens recommended this restaurant to me and it was delicious. We had the Maui tacos, eggplant panini, raw burger and raw tacos. Plus their twist donut, tapioca pudding, another chocolate dessert and protein balls. All was very yummy.

I travelled some ways to try this place and It did not disappoint ! I wished I had been able to try everything. I am a bit of a food snob and I would have licked the plate clean if I was alone! The baked goods are also a must try , the cupcakes some of the moistest I’ve had. The banana Creme brûlée , was delish I ordered it with lunch as it was the one thing that couldn’t travel. It was set up super cute with pillows and comfy spots to sit and visit and very clean . The owners were personable, and friendly. I plan to return here every time I’m in the area! Also the energy in the place was so calm and positive. I can’t say enough good things

This place has amazing vegan food! I love going here because I know the food I am getting is pure and I don’t have to worry if there are hidden ingredients. I had the lasagna, spring rolls, and the California rolls. YUMMMMMMMM 🤤🤤🤤 My mother has the tacos and said they were also delicious!
