I was pleased about the € 4.50,- burgers. I had the beetroot burger and I really enjoy it!
Read moreI was there with my girlfriend and I do not reccomend the menu for two it cost 15€ and it was 2 burgers one portion of fries and two drinks. Just not worth the 6€ for fries and two drinks.
I also reccomend the banana milkshake thar was great.

Very inexpensive, centrally located, vegan fast food restaurant, with outdoor seating.

All really tasty and freshly made.
Nuggets and hot dogs are also on the menu and alcohol is available too.
We really enjoyed our meals and were too full for dessert, but they looked very tempting.
We visited on a Sunday. There was only one staff member, but he did a really good job of all the cooking and serving! As well as multitasking, he was attentive and helpful.
Also, not many vegan options on Sundays in Santa Cruz, so great that Mel Vegan is open

The burgers were really good, we chose the Menú Duo which consists of 2 burgers or hot dogs, fries and 2 drinks - it‘s almost cheap, very good prices!

Was very impressed by everything really, the taste for the price was incredible. The service in English was excellent. Also probably not their own but their mayo is better than UK vegan mayo. Was very impressed with their beet burger. Also tried the spinach dog too, which was good.

I tried the plate of the day and unfortunately it was tasteless and not really seasoned. Better try the burgers! Nevertheless very affordable and good looking food.

One star for being all-vegan and another for friendly staff, but the burger and the hotdog were both...um, not good. Lacking taste, texture of the burger and hotdog was mushy, and buns were just wrong. This is not the way to spread veganism.

Mel is the go-to vegan fast food place on Tenerife. It tastes great, and I don’t find it so greasy and unhealthy like other fast food options. I had a salat, a hot dog and some croquettes and everything very tasty. We chose take away but they have also the options of eating there. Varios options for dessert too.
Read moreUpdate: The food is still great! Many places offers vegan burgers now, but Mel is our absolute favourite. The last time we also tried the brownie (delicious) and the cookie XXL (so good). Many burger options and extras too try. And quite cheap!

The selection is quite nice but the food was mostly underseasoned and a bit boring. The tortilla (spanish omelette) was so dry and tasteless that we gave it back.

Really nice and clean aesthetic. The hostess was super friendly and nice. Tried the dish of the day and basically chose everything soi could try them all out. Out of the 8 or so options most were really good (1-2 I liked a little bit less) but it was definitely a very enjoyable meal!

We ate here twice: once the menú duo w hamburgers, choice of spinach, beet or lentil, as well as choice of multiple add-one (avo, pickles, cheese, etc.) The second time we ordered plato del día (half = 300g, full = 600g) of a selection of precooked vegetables, tortilla de potato, sauce, rice, black beans, etc. Both times the food was tasty, fresh & quickly prepared. Taste-wise nothing outstanding but solid quality & a refreshing experience in an area mostly unapt for vegan diet.

Por el precio pensábamos que las hamburguesas serían pequeñas, pero para nada, son hamburguesas de tamaño normal, bien cargadas y deliciosas por menos de 6€. El chorizo vegano está especialmente rico.

100% vegan. This felt like classic and casual American food. We tried their 2 burgers, papas fritas, a hot dog and the croquetas. Everything was tasty and the price was good.
