Excellent service, food & ambience!

We came here for breakfast after seeing the positive reviews and they did not disappoint.

There isn’t vegan options on the menu but they can adapt stuff. I wanted the avocado toast so they offered to switch out the eggs and sausage for some oyster mushrooms. Was delicious on the nicest crispiest sourdough toast!

French press coffee was good too.

Pros: Adapted the vegan options deliciously , Beautiful vibe & setting

Cons: More vegan options would be better, Would love if they had brown sugar, not white.

Lovely setting and great coffee

Great coffee with plant-based options of almond and coconut milk; nice foam on top. The restaurant is connected to a lovely hotel (Hotel Xtilu), with both inside and outside seating (pleasant courtyard). The staff is very accommodating. The few items that can be made vegan are the fruit plate (without yogurt), oatmeal, avocado toast (without mayo/dairy), mushroom ramen, and I believe a lentil or quinoa salad of some sort (?), all beautifully-plated. It was more challenging for me, being oat/ gluten-intolerant, but I very much enjoyed the fruit plate, coffee, and gorgeous setting. My friend enjoyed the avo toast.

Pretty Presentation Tasty Spices

Elegant art-gallery-style dining area but not many vegan options. However when I ordered avocado toast (without chaquiles or mayo) they added a “free” fruitbowl! Plus the plating and seasoning of the avocado toast was both unusual and exceptional. Will come back for more. #Veganuary

Pros: Art-filled high-ceiling dining room, Modified menu options to accomodate me as a vegan

Cons: Needs more vegan options, Vegan options not marked on menu
